I. Shipping Methods

  1. Available Shipping Methods: Blue Cosmetics offers several shipping options, including courier, postal, and parcel locker. Specific shipping methods are available for selection when placing your order.

  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs depend on the selected shipping method and the value of the order. Information about shipping costs is provided before finalizing the order.

  3. Free Shipping: For orders over PLN 199, delivery is free. *Applies to delivery within Poland.

  4. Order Fulfillment Time: Orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days from the moment of posting the payment to the Blue Cosmetics account. In exceptional cases the fulfillment time may be longer, about which the Customer will be informed.

II. Withdrawal from the Agreement and Returns

  1. Right of Withdrawal: A customer who is a consumer may withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of taking possession of the goods.

  2. Withdrawal Procedure: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Blue Cosmetics of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement sent to the following address: info@bluejeanbeauty.eu .

  3. Return of Goods: The customer is obliged to return the goods no later than 14 days from the date of informing Blue Cosmetics about the withdrawal from the contract. The goods should be returned in a non-deteriorated condition, in the original packaging, if possible.

  4. Refund of Payments: Blue Cosmetics will refund all payments made by the Customer, including the costs of delivering the goods to the Customer, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. The Customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods to Blue Cosmetics.

III. Complaints and Guarantees

  1. Complaints: In the event of physical defects of the goods, the Customer has the right to file a complaint within two years from the date of delivery of the goods. Complaints can be submitted in writing to the following address: Blue Cosmetics, ul. Szewska 2, 61-760 Poznań or electronically to the following address: info@bluejeanbeauty.eu .

  2. Complaint Handling: Blue Cosmetics handles the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and informs the Customer of the outcome. If the complaint is upheld, Blue Cosmetics will repair the goods or replace them with new ones. If repair or replacement is impossible, the Customer has the right to request a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract and a refund of the price paid.
